Once your order is placed, our team gets ready to pack your order and have it ready for shipment. Generally, we try to dispatch orders within the same day we receive them but if your order was placed late or past the courier cut-off time, then your order gets packed to be sent out the next day.

Lost or Damaged Packages

In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

International Shipping

Regrettably, we do not ship outside South Africa as yet. Perhaps in the future we may consider accepting international orders.

Live in KwaZulu-Natal? Skip the shipping fee and pick-up your order from our premises! Simply send us a message to book a time-slot/appointment and we will have your package ready for pickup.
