We charge a flat-rate fee of R100 to ship anywhere in South Africa. Please note that delivery to certain areas may not be possible if they are not covered by PUDO. In such cases, we will contact you and make alternative arrangements.

We offer low-cost, affordable and convenient shipping nationwide using PUDO. This is a door-to-door options so you can shop from the comfort of your home and have your items delivered to you at home.

You should get your package within 3 business days. Please note that the courier does not deliver on weekends or public holidays. If you have not received your package within 3 days, please reach out to us via email or WhatsApp so that we can resolve this ASAP.

We accept all major credit and debit cards. We also accept EFT however, if you pay via EFT, your order will only ship once the payment clears.

We use PayFast for card payment processing. This offers industry standard security and compliance to ensure safe online shopping. We do not log or store any card information nor can we access any of it. All payments are done externally via PayFast so you can be rest assured that your card details and transactions are carried out safely. Please view this for more information.

If you have ordered the wrong item or the wrong size or perhaps would like to add another item to your order, please message us on WhatApp with your Order ID and email address used as soon as possible so that we can accommodate your changes if your order hasn’t already shipped out.
